What is GiantPanel and how does it work?

How do I place an order?
1. Go to the New Order page.
2. Select your desired Category and Service.
3. Paste your public link/URL and specify the quantity.
4. Click Submit Order. Your order is automatically routed to our high-speed servers.
What format should my link be in?
Make sure your account or post is set to PUBLIC (not private). Links must start with http:// or https://. For example:
  • Instagram Post: https://www.instagram.com/p/CXYZ123/
  • Instagram Profile: https://www.instagram.com/yourusername/
  • YouTube Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=abcdefgh
What is the Refill Guarantee and how does it work?
Services marked with 30 Days Refill, 60 Days Refill, or Lifetime Refill include protection against natural drops. If your count decreases within the warranty window, go to your Orders page and click the Refill button or open a support ticket to get topped up for free.
How do I add funds to my balance?
Navigate to the Add Funds page. We support instant UPI, Paytm QR, PhonePe, Cards, NetBanking, Crypto (Bitcoin, USDT), Binance Pay, and international payment gateways. Funds are credited automatically upon successful transaction.
Can I cancel an order after placing it?
Once an order is submitted and marked In Progress or Processing, it cannot be canceled manually. However, if an upstream provider fails to complete the order or marks it Partial, the unfulfilled amount is automatically refunded back to your account wallet.
